I won't go back to this Safelite and may take my business elsewhere. I had to make three trips to the shop to get my windshield replaced. The first time they did not recalibrate it properly. The second time they tried to reseat the camera and make an adjustment but that didn't work. They ordered an OEM windshield after the second trip. The third time they had a different worker look. After three hours of waiting, I thought I would have an OEM windshield, but they just adjusted the camera (again!) and that worked. So, 9 hours of waiting for a simple windshield repair and three separate trips was not worth it.

When I spoke to the gentleman over the phone about my glass, the gentleman told me that I was supposed to only pay one amount for the glass. Everything was okay. So I made the appointment to get the glass done when I got to the place. Everything is okay. The work was very nice. Respectful and then the glass got put in very nice and then everything was done. I got the receipt from safe light. The receipt said the right amount that the gentleman told me on the phone and then when I paid it on my credit card which is the amount the gentleman told me i was supposed to pay 2 days after I checked my credit card. Safe light charged me the amount and extra. I don't know why safe lite charge me more on my credit card ,please credit back my money on my card thank u
