I need to receive a call from a Manager ASAP, I waited over a month for the Cap that covers the Bolt for one of my Wiper Blades that the Tech Lost!!! It also seems that one side of the gasket or molding or which ever term is used for the rubber that should be flush against the windsheild is damaged!!!

I was told I wouldn't see any remnants of the cracks. There is a small Crack-like mark on my front windshield. No big deal, but I don't know why they would tell me otherwise. I wish I got the windshield replaced instead of repaired
