I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday, 11 July with the mobile technician to replace our windshield, and I received several confirmation texts. However, no one ever showed up on 11 July, so I called the Safelite number and when finally reaching a human I was told that the local Safelite garage would not have anyone available and so I was forced to reschedule for a full week later. A week later when my technican, Stephen, arrived he was very professional, courteous and efficient. I would have definitely rated 5 stars if it hadn't been for the scheduling issues.

had appointment. showed up on time. people came after me with later appointment times and their vehicles were taken back before mine. when asked about it, was told they "would take it back sometime before 5" so what was the point of appointment times. customer service at this location was terrible. Their MOBILE SERVICE TECHS ARE THE WAY TO GO!

This darkskin gentleman named Reggie did an amazing job on my Windshield replacement. He came early and he got the job done. He gave very clear instructions on what not to do while my windshield was setting. I didn't have to wait long before I could use my car, and most importantly, my glass looks so clean and fresh. I paid for rain resistance and new window blades, and it's perfect!!
