This location at 161 Winhill Rd. Columbia SC is the worst location that I have experienced. The first time we was late 15 mins. reschedule, the second time they had the wrong windshield of course reschedule, the third time no technician to perform the work, reschedule. Wow, poor. They tried to schedule another appointment for the fourth time, no way. Poor rating is too good for this location.

Windshield replacement

I was very satisfied with the installation of our new windshield. I was not happy to be told after making a home appointment that I could not have the calibration done at my home. I feel there was a lack of communication between the dispatcher that told me the windshield and the calibration could be done at my home in my garage if it rained. Brandon the installer called us and told us the calibration could not be done in our garage as there was not enough light. There needs to be more communication between the dispatcher and the installers. We could have had our windshield replaced 2 weeks early if we had know there would be a problem with the installation. Brandon explained the situation to us and we had to bring it to the repair shop. He installed it and we were satisfied with his service.
