Excellent all the way around. It took 4 hours because the mobile equipment did not work. He had to drive in to town to have the recalibration done and even then there was difficulty at the shop. He was so apologetic. I asked him if he grabbed lunch and he said no because he had several clients left to see I am older and I don’t typically use social media, please do not include my information if you publish this.

Appreciated the work on my car - professionalism and skill. My only small concern . . I was disappointed that I had to drive up to Ithaca from Elmira area to have it done. . . I was hoping for a mobile service down here. I realize its related to some of the Hyundai tech issues. . . but then the TV add should not announce that "you can have it done your way. "

Had a gentleman named Tyler meet me at the car. He was just great. The installation was perfect. I have always used safelight and have never been disappointed. I would recommend safelight to anyone.

We recently had a rear window on our car damaged in a storm. We were able to make a noon appointment the following day for repairs at Safelite in Ithaca. The original time estimate was 60 - 90 minutes for the repair. The job was complete in under 40 minutes, before we had even finished our lunch next door at Wegmans. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service we received!

I am so glad and fortunate to have chosen Safelite to replace my front windshield glass! The price was reasonable and the young man who performed the installation was awesome and I was truly impressed with his work! The moment he arrived he got right on task and before I knew it, I had a new windshield that made my car look brand new! I had expected to find glass debris all over my front seat and floor and was so happy to have found absolutely nothing!
