Hiring Safelite Auto Glass to replace the windshield in my 2021 Ford F250 Limited Pick Up Truck was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. It took them several times coming to my house and making me and my fiancee lose several days of work before they finally got the correct windshield installed and finally calibrated. I thought that my nightmare was finally over but then we got a week of straight rain and after the rain was finally slowing down and I opened the door to start my truck to keep the batteries charged and found that the entire front of my truck was flooded. The whole center console had several inches of rain in it and my dashboard, controls, leather seats and floor boards were saturated. I got it to start to find out that EVERY warning light and code was now flashing and my touch screen was displaying rainbow colors. I had no power steering, no brakes, my truck was ruined. The technician pinched a wire in between the glass and the rubber seal and flooded my truck. This issue went on fighting with Safelite trying to make them stand behind what they had done and finally several months later I was told that they would pay to fix it after my insurance company got involved and I advised them that I was contacting my attorney. I never received any compensation for my lost time, money or more than anything that my truck is now labeled as water damaged and the value dropped drastically. I contacted supervisors and even kept showing up at the office to the point where they knew my name and my voice over the telephone but still received nothing from their office or any management positions. This company is the WORST that I have ever dealt with and will NEVER contact them again and would recommend that you go elsewhere for glass services.
