They put in 3 windshields and could not calibrate a 2025 forester. They said you will have to take it to the dealer. Took to dealer and camera mount was broken! Took to the hime dealership where it was purchased. This is completely on safelite! All systems were functioning prior to this. I think it is a sad state of affairs that you cause an elder (my mother) to have to pay 6k for this and refuse to admit you broke it. I have never been so disappointed in safelite. We have had other windshields replaced without issue even years after when a leak showed up. Do better!!! Lifetime warranty should include you breaking the safety equipment

I had my windshield replaced on 6/13 and added front and rear wiper replacement to the repair. The front passenger wiper flew off on the highway on my first use of the wipers since the replacement. I have tried calling customer service to get a resolution and have yet to hear back so far and you are unable to contact the shop directly.
