The person who came to fix my back passenger window was very nice & did a good job. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of the van issue. I guess they flew him in from a different state and was given a van that was going to the junkyard so it was without power. In order to be able to vacuum all the broken glass out of the door, we had to find a spot for him to set up to use our power. Luckily it was fixed at my job and we had a source of power in one of our shops to use. If it was done at my house - the glass wouldn't have been able to get vacuumed. I would say that Safelite should make sure their mobile repair vans should have the necessary equipment to get it done without having the customers resources or make you aware ahead of time. But the work was done, he did it quickly, and the window looks and works good!

I was very pleased with Safelite for our cars windshield. The tech let me know he was on the way. He was very nice and happy to answer any questions I had. It didn’t take long and he did a great job.

After being sent to my home with the wrong windshield one week, the polite service technician returned the following week and did an excellent a quick job replacing my cracked windshield. . . but failed to leave my inspection sticker and registration sticker with me or my van. The insurance agent whom I( notified that afternoon and I both reached out to safelite and I am now waiting for my stickers (which have been located and rescued) to arrive in my mail. Anyone with a drivers license should realize that those stickers to not get thrown out with the cracked windshield. . . and after THEIR mistake, safelite SHOULD HAVE had the professional curtesy to deliver them right to my home where they were taken from.
