For some reason I was told that for my make and model I had to bring my car in to their shop to have the glass repaired. This was inconvenient in and of itself, especially since their advertisements show they are able to do calibrations at a home etc. This made no sense after sitting there for hours only to see my car never even went into their shop. Also another inconvenience was that they made an appointment for 1 and then didnt even start the work for an hour and a half or longer after the appt time, why make an appointment time to then leave your customers waiting so long before starting? There was no AC in the building and its hotter than hades outside and for someone who lives 30+ min away i was stuck in unbearable conditions on top of that all. It was a poor experience in those aspects. I should have just had the dealership of my vehicle do the work, they come and pick up the car, replace the windshield and recalibrate it all while im in the comfort of my own home.
I was impressed with the customer service until I received my vehicle back.

I loved seeing Safelite's attempt to bring back much needed Customer Service by being very thorough with notifying the customers with step-by-step details, but sad to say the quality ended there.
I experience several issues after receiving my vehicle back on 7/9/26 causing me to reschedule another appointment on 7/14/26 to correct issues, see list below:
- delay wiper setting no longer working; SAFELITE TO CORRECT
- black greasy hand and fingerprints found top to bottom on both drivers and passengers' side interior fabric pillars that run beside the windshield area (see picture below, did not take pictures of all areas); I CLEANED IT.
- inside windshield and rearview mirror full of black greasy hand and fingerprint; I CLEANED IT.
- dash full of small black rubber small trash pieces from removing seal; I CLEANED IT.
- driver side and passengers' side floor mats full of black rubber large trash pieces from removing seal; I CLEANED IT.
- inspection sticker I received on 6/24/26 now damaged and not legible (see picture below); SAFELITE TO CORRECT
I am very upset by all of this. I am a very detailed person with my vehicle and keep it clean. I had just cleaned the inside my vehicle before bringing it to Safelite for service; which the cleaning takes a lot out of me due to severe health issues. I have never had to clean grease off of the fabric before after any service, so this was extremely disturbing to me.
