Review by Nick W. on 27 Oct 2026review stating Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism!
Isaac arrived in a timely manner and was very professional throughout the entire process. He even noticed a defect in my new windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. He gave me the option to refuse the glass or accept a discount. Since the defect was minor, I chose to take the discount.
What impressed me most was that the defect was a factory issue and had nothing to do with Safelite or the installation. Even so, they took responsibility and made it right without hesitation.
Great customer service, professionalism, and honesty from start to finish. I highly recommend Safelite and would definitely use them again in the future!
