If I could submit no stars I would. The way the Safelite manager treated me when I came to their shop to show them the dirty headliner from the techs hands wasinappropriate. The tech even took before pictures that proved I was correct. Also, buyers beware that when a tech makes a mistake like in my case the windshield leaked water to the inside of the vehicle. Safelite will remove the old windshield and reinstall the old. That's their policy no matter if the windshield is scratched by the installation tech. The techs workmanship and the customer service is the most frustrating experience I can recall. Lastly, I now have a new company scheduled to replace the windshield. I learned that Safelite more than doubles their price over competitors. I am paying $700 for the new I stall, Safelite quoted me $1200 just the glass windshield. The $700 Iam paying is total price.
