I took my 2025 GMC Hummer in for a windshield replacement—on a vehicle that isn’t even a year old—and they managed to break five different parts in the process. To say how disappointed I am is an understatement. Not only did they refuse to properly fix the damage they caused, but the vehicle now has air leaking through areas related to the parts they tampered with. It’s been over six months, and they still refuse to cover the damage they caused. 6 trips to the shop and still no resolution. Let's not forget that I HAD to call them to follow up on the parts and service in the 5 months. Never once did they initiate the phone call. Oh yeah, if they tell you they will call you back it is a lie. The technicians tried but the management could care less. Forget going to the upper management, they told me to take the GMC to the dealership and if it was determined they installed it wrong to let them know because they would fix it. That is another LIE! Lies, Lies, lies worst ever

Terrible place to receive service. First time there to replace my windshield and it severely leaked, decided to give them another chance and went to repair small chip in windshield. , the whole windshield cracked and was unrepairable. Their only response to this was we can replace your windshield for $500. Said it wasn’t their fault. Will never go there again!

It was May 2025 when I went to Safelite to have my windshield replaced on my 2025 MX5 GT convertible. They could not replace my windshield because the molding was the wrong color. They said that they will contact me once the correct molding comes in. They never called me back. I would have to call them monthly to get the status of the part. They said it was on backorder nationwide. I told them to contact my Hall Mazda Dealership since they have 300 molding parts in stock with all the colors of the rainbow. Not once did they bother calling my Dealership. So, after 7 months of waiting, I took my vehicle to my Dealership for my 1st oil change. Hall Mazda gave me the ph# to All Auto Glass and they replaced my windshield with the black molding within a week! They got the molding from my Dealership. Safelite should be ashamed of themselves for a very bad service! I will NEVER go here for any window service in the future!
