2018 Tacoma broken rear left window replaced 7/15. Was quoted to replace all 3 windows (two fixed and one electric slider in the middle). I was told if they don't need to replace all three cost would be less. They only replaced two windows but cost was the same. BIGGEST PROBLEM: Safelite broke the wire to the center electric window. They told me I needed to pay to have it replaced. . They said they would send me a quote for the new wire they broke. they never did. Now my center sliding window does not work. Completely unprofessional !!!!!! Horrible work!!!!!

I was satisfied with how easy this was to book and use and how nice it was to have the agent come to my house to have my glass replaced. Agent was very kind and helpful, the only qualm I have is how when I selected the RainX feature, I did it because I thought I was getting windshield wipers included, and even the agent said it was very misleading from the user side. Could you please make sure you're not leading customers astray here in the future? However, the RainX looks great on all my windows. Thank you for a great and convenient service.
