I had to get my front windshield replaced and the sensors had to be recalibrated on a Friday in October of 2026. Safelite Stockton quoted me a time of nearly two hours, maybe more. They were done in under an hour. I was kept updated in person, by text, and by email. It was amazing how thorough the repair tech was and how well all of the work done was explained. The whole staff wasn't just efficient, they were polite, professional, and truly friendly. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot when it was new. I'm still waiting for the survey from the corporate headquarters so I can tell them to keep these fabulous employees and to spoil them the way I felt spoiled. P. S. Once I got there receptionist very professional courteous and when the service tech asked me to come out and see my windshield he explained it already been repaired I have never had a chip repair before everything should be good I thought that was very impressive to be honest and straightforward it's hard to find that anymore hats off to the whole team keep up the good work I'll be going back if I ever need a repair or a replacement keep up the good work
