Had my windshield replaced and they did not leave my toll tag. Spoke to manager Daniel who said my service guy would return it. My service technician did not come back. The next time I spoke to Daniel he stated the service guy did not come back and now my glass has already been recycled, so I asked if they planned on replacing it. He was unsure of the procedure to replace it and that he would look into it. Still have not heard back from Daniel. On top of that, my parking sticker for work was on the glass as well. Good thing my registration tag was expired and I was waiting for the new glass before I put the new one on or I would have to replace that as well.

I needed to have my front windshield replaced. Andrew was on time, very friendly, and super-fast. I felt completely confident with him installing the windshield and completing the calibration. You can tell he likes what he does, and he's good at it.
