I've been trying to get my windshield replaced for 2 months I've missed work getting out early to try to get to my appointment 3 times / 4 times the windshield was scratched 5th time was today July 28th 2026 I started trying beginning of June . The tech didn't have enough time I was waiting at my house since noon today I get a call at 5:48pm saying there's not enough time to get it done!! I should have been first priority not fill the techs van with to many windshields to do in a day!! The tech is here from Las Vegas helping out. The store is poorly managed & people dont know how to do there job go somewhere else!! I've lost roughly $1000 in equivalent work hours nevermind the time I've wasted I've also tried getting it done in there shop I was across the street at beach plum eating clams when I could see my vehicle never moved with a 3pm appointment!! I go over there after 40 mins & ask what's going on they tell me the windshield is scratched well ok when we're you going to call me!! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else seriously dont waste your time

The Portsmouth NH location provided excellent service! The manager quickly & efficiently changed the windshield on our Subaru Outback. He explained what would be done & made sure to save & replace the parking stickers & EZ pass too! We highly recommend this location & Safelite.

Im not sure of the shop location Nathan - Nate works for. But, Nate replaced my truck window in my driveway and did a great job. Nate contacted me the day before to confirm information and schedule. The day of the service he called to let me know because of the weather he might have to reschedule (no garage) he texted me later saying he was on the way. The weather had cleared up, but still snow on the ground. After the service he called to let me know how everything went. His communication was greatly appreciated. Safelte should be grateful to have an employee like Nate.
