As far as quick and convenient goes it cannot be beat. Unfortunately I had to drop my vehicle off because it had to be calibrated. The safelite corporations direct line says this location has a drop box and they didn’t, this is nonsense and they could easily fix this. . even the lady at the desk was frustrated about this? How difficult is it to remove that note and flag it as “no drop box” or add a drop box . Why it matters , because I needed to drop it off the night prior, and absent the drop box , it messed up my schedule! It is not respectful of our time !
