From the moment that I booked my appointment and now a week later, I am still getting texts from this company,
I started receiving texts that day telling me I had an appointment the next day. and then I received more texts the next day telling me that I had an appointment and they never stopped coming.
And after the appointment, I received three texts a day and emails wanting a review. I’ve never ran into a company that was so needy. I didn’t feel I owed them this relationship. I think there was no less now than 20 texts and emails from the time I booked the appointment to one week later. And there’s no way to unsubscribe.
And if you leave a review, then want your email so they can send you an email and a text telling you that they received your review.
The one thing you do have to watch is they’ll charge you a hidden $40 recycling fee on the glass without even asking if you’ve cleaned it all up. Which I did. And it was still on my bill. My tech, Luke had it removed.
Although their prices were good, I don’t need this harassment.
My tech, Luke, was fabulous and personable.
But this company, needing such validation, is. ridiculous

We had to replace our back truck window due to our son tossing a a 2x4 through it 😁. We had uses Safelite for windshield dings so we got on line, booked an appointment for them to come to our home and paid in advance. The technician arrived as noted for our appointment time and had a new window in and cleaned up the inside can even behind the seats & outside of our truck bed within an hour or less. BEST EXPERIENCE we've ever had.

My first ever experience getting a windshield fixed was a breeze with safelite! Scheduling was easy to navigate even when the glass didn't come in a hoped. I brought my car in and it took maybe an hour and a half. The technician (Franklin) did a great job explaining the after care for the first 24 hours.
