Our experience was not good. You did not show up on the first appointment. No one called to let us know. We then had to call and reschedule the appointment, and were then told for our inconvenience you would give us wiper blades. That never happened and the tech did not know anything about it. The tech was great and very nice and did a great job. Management your part was not good.

Got a new windshield a week ago. A lot of warping on the edges. Plan on bringing it back for them to look at but I doubt much will be done. I have had several windshields from Safelite in the past and this is by far the worst. The service was good and the shop got me in and out quickly.

I have a hard to find windowshield. I went to my appointments twice, only to find out they did not have my windowshield. Third time was a charm, finally got my new windowshiled. I think they should have notified me.
