I asked before bringing my vehicle in if they could calibrate my camera after replacing the windshield, and they assured me they could. They were unable to complete this service and now I have to go to the dealership. They also forgot my wipers until I pointed it out. Strongly recommend going somewhere that can complete the service you pay for.

scheduled an appointment for a new windshield, was quoted the amount for the oem windshield but that isn't what they ordered. an aftermarket windshield was ordered which was fine but I was never made aware of this until I came in for my appointment, this is something that should have been communicated when my appointment was made. they had problems getting my wipers off and I was told to take it to a shop to get them removed. in the process they cracked my uncracked windsheild (I was getting it replaced for a leak) so I had to drive for the next week with a cracked windshield. when I came back for my second appointment I was told more things about my car that could possibly go wrong that had never been mentioned to me the last time my car was dropped off. on top of that I was called to move my appointment up in the day but they didn't call my number they called my fathers number twice even though my phone was on file. the work they did was fine but not worth all the hassle and hoops you have to jump through for them to get stuff done. would not recommend and will never be going back.

This was a disappointments from the very beginning. I have had many windshields replaced and I thought it might be convenient for me to have them come to my house and do the work. From the very beginning I Igave them the deadline for the windshield to be replaced. I'm the past I never had to contact my insurance company, it was always handled by the glass replacement company. I had to get involved twice and call AAA before Safelite could do the install. All of this at the last minute by the way. Today is the day for the install to take place and I just received a call that the new windsheild is broken. Safelite had 5 days to handle this and failed. I'm trading in my truck today now it's my problem. No follow up and no quality control It's amazing they are in business!!!!
