We had our windshield replaced at home. The communication leading up to and during the appointment was great. Our technician was timely, professional, and kind. it was completed within the promised time frame, and he did a wonderful job!

I was worried because I needed a third appointment. The first one was a mobile appointment and it didn't work out because a screw in the door needed a special service at the shop. The second appointment didn't work out because they had been sent the wrong size glass for my window. My schedule wasn't lining up with the shop's availability. It looked like it would be days before I could bring the car back to the shop. Steve at the New Bedford shop made my appointment for the very next day, Saturday. It was his day off but he came in to replace the glass on my passenger window.
