They sent a technician to try to repair it and he was very friendly and professional. The repair worked but left a large blemish in my sight line so they decided to replace it. The replacement technician was also very friendly and professional. The new windshield looks great!!!

David did a great job! - all seems to be fine with the replacement. The first scheduled service with another service technician had to be rescheduled because of multiple scratches in the windshield - that was very frustrating and disappointing - it seemed like no quality control.
