I had an issue with the molding around my windshield. I was driving down the highway to Denver when I heard this flapping. The molding was hitting my windshield! I pulled over to see if I could put it back but the sun had damaged it and it would not stay where it should. I live in Fort Collins and had not used the Loveland shop previously. I have used Safelite for years and have always been impressed by their service! Everyone I have worked with has been courteous, kind and professional. But on this day, Joseph went above and beyond!! I pulled in and Joseph came up to me to see how he could help. I explained the situation and Joseph did not hesitate! He evaluated the car and windshield, explained what was happening and took my 2007 4Runner back to fix the molding! I had no appointment and Joseph could tell I needed to get on the road to a meeting in Denver. From the time I pulled in until I was on the road again - less than 10 minutes!! Incredible! I will always use Safelite for my auto glass needs. Given the amount of debris and mag chloride on the roads in the winter, having a reliable glass shop is handy! Thank you, Joseph!
