The experience was excellent except for the inability to directly contact my local shop when I was running late for my appt. You can't call local shops directly, the only option being the VERY frustrating corporate ai-driven online system, which stinks. I had to drive 1/2 hour to my shop, only to learn that I needed to reschedule because I was late. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give customers phone numbers for their local shop to avoid wastes of time like this!

i could kick myself for not remembering his name but the young man that replaced our windshield was so impressive. it was obvious that the old glass wouldn't come out as easily as it should and he had to work extra hard to break the seal. he never got angry or upset about it...just kept his head down and kept fighting. i know for a fact that is a very uncommon trait for today's younger people. please thank him for me and tell him i have a little renewed hope for the future because of him. not only did he work hard but he was very professional and a gentleman. i was was very pleased with the completed job and was surprised it wasn't more expensive.
