Safelite has been our go-to for all windshield replacement and repairs. They usually do an excellent work, but this time, it was very poor! Windshield was installed out of alignment! I check the clearance on the driver side which is 14mm from the edge of the pillar. Passenger side is 11mm, which means the glass is 3mm off towards the right side of the vehicle. Top rubber trim was also installed incorrectly! It's placed more on the left side of the vehicle. VIN number can't be read through the sight slot because the glass is too high! Adhesive was all over the place. Is there an option here to upload pictures???
