Safelite location: 11451 US 301 Thonotosassa Florida, supervisor Lorenzo and technician Charlie were very attentive, patient, and professional. They explained everything in detail, making a very stressful situation for my older mother go so quickly and smoothly. I have used this location in the past and have never encountered a negative situation. I would recommend this location, Supervisor Lorenzo and technician Charlie to all of my friends and family. I am extremely dissatisfied with a recent windshield replacement at Safelite AutoGlass. The quality of work and subsequent customer service were both well below professional standards. The installation itself was handled poorly; the glass is visibly misaligned, sitting noticeably too low and offset to the right. Furthermore, the vehicle was returned in poor condition.
The dashboard was littered with debris from the installation, and the new windshield was left dirty on both the interior and exterior surfaces. When I raised these concerns with the branch manager, Dave, he was dismissive. Despite being presented with photographic evidence of the misalignment, he refused to authorize a correction, claiming the fit was "within specs. "
It is disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and attention to detail. I expected a precise installation and a clean vehicle, but instead received substandard workmanship. I cannot recommend this location to others seeking quality glass repair.

I am very displeased with this company. I had a mobile tech replace a damaged windshield in removal they had mangled my windshield molding. The next day there was a crack formed in the center of my new windshield, I was informed to take my vehicle to this location to perform warranty replacement. When i was informed that it was not a warranty replacement repair because their tech has deemed that there was an impact on the new glass. These shysters will do what is necessary to pass the blame. Will not be using this company again. Best regards, Bill
