Scheduled everything online, and the process was very efficient. I ran into an issue and tried calling before my appointment, only to find out that support was available by SMS only. I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but the staff was very friendly and resolved my issue quickly.
Had windshield replaced yesterday at home in Saugerties. I think the technicians name was Mike. Just want to say he was great. From introduction, explaining the process to completion and farewell he was professional, courteous and respectful. Keep it up.

They had the best services I have seen anywhere in years! Every staff member I encounter was incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to even put my registration and inspection stickers from my old windshield on my new one. And they were quick! I would highly recommend going here if you need your glass replaced.
