Review by Bill B. on 12 Oct 2026review stating Tesla windshield replacement
Reservation and replacement systems worked very smoothly. Polite and professional employees. Apologetic about one day delay because of apparent Tesla requirement that battery be charged at least 60% before work can be done.
Review by John L. on 5 Oct 2026review stating Insurance Claim
I would have appreciated knowing I had the option to replace my windshield with OEM glass. Safelite and USAA never mentioned this and having never needed a windshield replaced, did not know to ask or discuss ahead of time. Not pleased with this.
