Safelite tried to repair a crack in corner of windshield. Crack is still quite visible. Called to ask why. No answer/help from customer service. Said will send tech out on 10/22 to look at it. Also replaced windshield wiper blades with wrong blades that also now hit my windshield frame. When I called to schedule appointment it would be ~1.5 weeks out. I asked to have manager call on Mon 10/12 said can come out 10/22 but when i asked for sooner time, said manager will call me to schedule. No call and no appointment. When i called back on Thursday 10/15, said they will send tech out, but now not till 10/26, almost 2 weeks later now. Poor service. Poor quality. Poor Communication. Poor follow up. Have no choice but to file complaint.

I got a brand new 2027 Infiniti QX60, and o had a rock damage my windshield on my drive home from picking it up. My insurance allowed be to utilize Safelite for my repairs. Once the glass was shipped, I was able to get an appointment a few days later. I brought my vehicle into the shop way before my appointment time since I had work meetings on the area. My vehicle was repaired and ready before my schedule appointment time. That was amazingly efficient customer service! The employees were friendly and very helpful. Very nice experience! Thank you!

I had a tree branch fall through my back window on Sunday and had someone scheduled to be out on Tuesday. The communication was exceptional. I got multiple texts informing me on the process, letting me know when my glass was ordered, reminders about my appointment, etc. so helpful. The day of I got a call from the tech. He was friendly, on time, and efficient. He walked me through the process and it only took an hour. So glad I found safelite. Oh, and did I mention they came to my house and I didn’t have to take it anywhere!?
