We were traveling to our Christmas vacay on the Gulf coast. Got hit by a rock and it caused a huge crack in our front windshield. The crack and spidering of the glass was at eye level.

My windshield was dented by rocks stirred up by a passing dump truck. I scheduled a replacement with Safelite. It was a surprisingly easy process that included scheduling, expectations, procedures and payment method. Safelite communicated with timely reminders and technician ETA. Since I was out of town, the technician notified me that the job was completed. Very seamless!
