My windshield was broken driving from NY to Florida, my insurance company made an appointment and was told it could be fixed where I live. After numerous texts and confirmations I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone so I called the company customer service and they couldn’t get in touch with them, customer service got back to me and said everything was set. A short time later I got another text telling me because of the electronics in my suv I would have to call to make an appointment but they didn’t answer the phone so I called customer service again and again they tried calling but no one answered so customer service made an appointment for me today at 9am and sent me another confirmation so I get a number of texts saying take anything heavy out of my car it has to have about 3/4 tank of gas and they would have the car all day which customer service said it should take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When I got there they didn’t have an appointment for me the only thing they had was I had to call to reschedule. I said I’m not letting them touch my car,this place is a clown show. I’ll drive back to NY and have someone else do it properly. I don’t know if it’s just this location or the whole company but they have a problem and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Front camera not calibrated

Guy was supposed to come between 12-12:30. Didn't come till 3. Then, since he was running behind, he rushed it and told me to drive it and it will calibrate. Now 2 weeks out and still not calibrated. They also sent me a certificate for calibration even knowing it's not calibrated. Was told to let them know if it doesn't calibrate which I did but still haven't heard back.

I dropped off my 2021 Honda Passport for replacement of a cracked front windshield. I checked other installers and stopped by Safelite on Oakland Park Blvd. Before I took my car in I saw that they had several cars that were also getting windshields. Now todays windshields are not yesterdays one piece of glass and your done. No my Passport has a camera for all of the automatic features like emergency stopping, land changing and side alarms when cars are hidden. This takes special training and tools. Safelite did it all, both Nick and Justen are technicians there and they know their stuff. I recommend their Shop on Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale.
