Erie, PA Auto Glass Replacement Shop

The customer service at this place is terrible. I paid for and setup an appointment to have my windshield replaced on Tuesday the 17th. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday the 19th. I was called and told that there were to many jobs scheduled and that it would have to be rescheduled to Monday between 8am and 1pm. I received a text and email confirming this and had to make arraignment for various things that day to have my car available to Safelite between that time frame. Only to find out that despite being sent an email and text that I was not on the list. I was then told that despite the multiple issues if I wanted it done before next week, I would have to bring it into the shop to have it done which is very difficult to do since I have small children and my wife and I have two jobs each with varying hours. I do not know if there is any other place to get windshields done but if there is go there. It has to be better than these guys. Terrible service very disappointed. As of 1:26pm March 23rd my window has still not been fixed. I am going into the shop this afternoon. Hopefully the technicians are better than their schedulers. Guess this is why you don't pay for things in advance because once they have your money they don't care anymore. Sorry between typing this and getting ready to upload, I have more story. So now I have been told once arriving that the glass they are trying to use has a mark on the windshield and if I accept this I will get a refund of 100 dollars if I don't accept, I will again not be able to get the new windshield until next week. This has all been insane I can't believe the things I have had to deal with regarding this issue. It's nuts.

Mgr came after work to fix. Great guy, professional and personable.

The technician explained the process and did a great job.
