I cannot review their work because they didn't do any work. I had an appt at 0800 this morning. At 10 minutes to 8:00, I got a call from James. He told me he wasn't going to make the 0800 appt time. He said he wouldn't be here until 1230. What is the point of making appts if the technicians aren't going to be even close to their time. When he finally did arrive, it was mid-day and he told me he couldn't fix it because the windshield was too hot. If he had been here at his scheduled time, it wouldn't have been too hot. If I could give this location a zero, I would. If nothing else, the technician gets a zero!

2021 Escape windshield repair

It was easy to schedule the home appointment online for a few days later. Safelite confirmed the appointment and scheduled the technician. Alan contacted me prior to arriving with an estimated time he would be there. On arrival he repaired the windshield in the thirty minutes the repair said it would take. The repair still shows a little but the main reason for repair is to reinforce the windshield so it will not crack from the location of the damage. It is up high on the passenger side and not in the line of sight, so windshield replacement was not needed. Alan was friendly and professional and explain everything to me so I am very satisfied with the work done.

The Eyesight Safety camera on my 2023 Subaru was destroyed on 02/04/2025 by their improper removal of it, according to Heuberger Subaru. A new camera is $3300. 00. I tried to file a claim with Safelite online but was disconnected as soon as I mentioned the purpose of my call.
