My windshield was hit with road debris as I was taking my dog to the emergency vet on Oct. 3rd. I didn't even realize what happened until a couple days later. I was able to get a quote, make my install appointment at a very convenient time, and set up workable payment terms in less than 15 minutes.
Mason, my installer, was friendly, courteous, and very professional. The work took about 90 minutes, and Mason answered all my questions about the new windshield. He did an amazing job, and Safelite gave me excellent service.
Thank you to Mason and the Safelite team for making a stressful couple of days a little easier to manage. My dog thanks you, too!

I recently had my windshield replaced by Daniel from Safelite, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the entire experience!
About 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, Daniel gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way to my home. I really appreciated his excellent communication and professionalism before he even arrived.
Upon arrival, Daniel was incredibly polite, personable, and professional. He took the time to explain the replacement process, what to expect, and how everything would work. He was extremely efficient, worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and made the entire experience completely hassle-free.
Once the windshield replacement was complete, Daniel thoroughly explained the proper aftercare instructions to ensure everything would set and function correctly. He also took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed.
It’s always refreshing to encounter someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing an excellent customer experience. Daniel went above and beyond, and his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly stood out.
If I ever need another windshield replacement in the future, I sincerely hope Daniel is the technician assigned to the job again. He was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Ford Transit 150 The windshield was installed properly but a mess was left behind. There was a blob of black adhesive/caulk left on the ceiling of the cab, the remote start receiver was left hanging and not reattached to the windshield, and the housing that goes where a rearview mirror would normally be was loosely installed. Also, the hood was not latching. Although I believe that was due to rust not letting the latch release, a simple text or call explaining this would have been nice.

Daniel installed my glass and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend using Safelite and would definitely use them again. I shopped around for prices and Safelite gave me a good price - plus they come to your house, so I chose to use them. I'm glad I did!
