Although I believe the windshield replacement was done correctly, my problem is with their logistics of dealing with me and my appointment. I had a 12:00 appointment and was basically waiting for my car. I did leave the vehicle at 11:55am and I walked down the street for a while. When I returned @ 1:35pm I noticed my vehicle had not been touched. I mentioned this to the young lady sitting at the front desk and she attempted to tell me that all that needed to be done was calibration. I took her out to show her that the windshield had not been replaced yet. I discovered that several people had been there since 11:00am and had similar issues. Seemed like the workers put more effort into grilling burgers in the shop. If you can't handle the scheduling you publish then don't offer it!

Technician showed up as scheduled and replaced the windshield as requested. Courteous and professionally went about his business. Windshield looked great. The treatment on the windshield seem to work. Didn't get an opportunity to experience any major downpours with the new windshield because I traded the vehicle in a coupe weeks later. I've used Safelite two other times and everything was great, I have no reason to suspect this time is will be any different.
