After driving 40 mins I waited 3 hours and 45 mins for what was supposed to be a 2 1/2 hour appointment and was told they weren't able to calibrate my car before closing. So I came back again another day and was told the calibration still wasn't working and I would need to make a 3rd appointment to have them try another type of glass and then recalibrate the car. They came to pick up the car this time and then never gave me an updates on the status and after 3 1/2 hours of waiting (again a 2 1/2 hour appt slot) I tried calling the store and their automated system repeatedly hung up on me. I then chatted on the website to try to get a hold of someone and that representative said she couldn't help me and I would need to call another number. I then sat on hold while I assume that agent called the store repeatedly and no one answered for them either. So yea, overall terrible communication, tons of circles and repeats of appointments and I don't even know if they're going to finish my car today.

Dante arrived to replace the windshield on my 2002 Yukon. It seemed to me to be the hottest day of the year. And I wasn’t outside more than a millisecond. My appointment was for between 1200-1700. Dante was on site at 1150. Personable. Well versed in his job and very professional in his explanations of what would be. I cannot say enough about this gentleman’s appearance, speech, knowledge and demeanor. I have never had an experience like this gentleman gave me. AND my vehicle. Well done sir. Clone this guy! At least give a bonus!! He is marvelous!!

Excellent customer service--numerous reminders, easy drop off; Below-par repair skills--my vehicle's airbag will not turn on and my windshield wipers are not properly aligned and hence unusable. I have to go to my vehicle dealer to fix the car after it was supposed to be "fixed" by Safelite.
