Not having insurancd for the repair, the quoted price varied by the day. The service date also varied because they could not get the replacement in when promised (twice). The repair location changed three times. And the promise to further lower price due to the multiple inconveniences never happened. Also WHEN I brought the car in they informed me that windshileld replacement in my model (which they knew from the start) my result in damage to the chrome frame, requiring replacement
