They still took my appointment when I was running a little behind with no problems at all! The lady working the front desk was so kind, and the techs were amazing as well! The tech that fixed my window also replaced my windshield wipers for free because they were awful! His name was Bryan and he was so friendly! If I have any future window problems I will never go anywhere else but here! Amazing coffee too!

My car was hit by a rock on Coulter and it immediately cracked all the way down to the bottom of the glass. A new windshield was required. Safelite took care of all of my needs and also successfully recalibrated my SUV.

Pretty good place. Was impressed that they’re actually open five days a week. The hours are listed as 8 to 5 but my appointment was for 7:00 AM in the morning and when I got there at 6:50, the lights were already on and everybody was ready. I was out and about 70 or 80 minutes and the service was great. I’m definitely returning next time I need a windshield.

Easy to make an appointment, quick and thorough. Mobile service at my home was on time, communication was spectacular, finished within expected time frame, left everything cleaner than it before. Highly recommend.
