Only took four attempts to get the job done. First attempt was at Safelite shop. There are two types of glass for my car. The wrong was ordered. Second attempt was at the Safelite shop. They had the right glass but it had gotten broken. Third attempt at my house. Repairman called off. Fourth attempt at my house. Success!!!! Although the window didn’t appear to be fully attached to mechanism. But after raising and lowering it many times and hearing some clicks from inside the door, it seems to be working OK. Time will tell.

Tech was nice personal and respectful. Listened to instructions quick. I had an issue with being charged with a recycling fee. There was nothing to recycle and management responded quickly with that fee removed in full. Over all a great experience and will use again in the future.
