The only reason I did not give Safelite a 5 star review is that they did not communicate on the day of service when they were going to be at my property. I was originally given a service window of 8 a. m. to 1:30 p. m. On the day of service the scheduling group should know what order the technician would be performing his appointments, but this was not communicated to me. The tech did show up at 1:15 p. m. and I was his third appointment. I wasted the morning waiting which could have been avoided with a simple text saying that I would be the third appointment. Once on site, the technician was awesome. He performed the replacement quickly and recalibrated the safety systems and they all work perfectly.

first the guy was not a friendly person tried to engage conversation about the window replacement and offer water since it was very hot that day. He was like I'm going to have to figure this out it's going to take me a minute, because he could not use suction apparatus to remove glass since it was a smashed windshield. my son didn't go in truck until Friday afternoon, install day was Monday. . . when he went to get in truck there was glass and cut his finger then he moved truck out of spot there is glass all over ground. then when I went to check to see if he was almost done, he said yes and I asked if he did the wipers and he said oh no I forgot, he asked if I wanted him to put on, I said yes that was part of the payment. then I paid and he told me that there would be a survey.
